A device comprises a scanner, a scanner generator, a photodetector, a pulse shaper, a mask, an edge position sensor, a controlled slit diaphragm, frequency dividers, a phase locking unit, a programmer, a reference optical signal source.
EFFECT: evaluation of form from master values in various longitudinal sections, integrated calculation of form deviations from master values thereover, higher measurement accuracy.
