FIELD: physics; control.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in oil and gas industry for maintaining given flooding modes, as well as for rapid change of flow of liquid pumped into strata depending on change of bed intake and its production rate. The flow regulator has a housing in form of two cups 1 and 2, whose bottom parts face each other and are tied together by a locking bar 5. At the liquid outlet side, one of the cups is stepped and has a thick-walled bottom with openings 6 and 7 which are concentric with the locking bar. Thrust sockets 8 and 9 are placed in the openings with possibility of axial displacement and inside the sockets there are nozzles 16 and 17 with throttle calibrated openings from 2 mm to 20 mm depending on the flow regulation range. The thrust sockets are attached to dividing connection pipes 12 and 13 linked to outlet openings at the bottom of the second cup. Connection pipes 12 and 13 are also joined by sleeve nuts to shut-off ball valves/tap valves 18 and 19.
EFFECT: invention increases accuracy of regulation in aggressive-abrasive media due to possibility of rapid exchange of worn out nozzles, simple design and manufacturing technology.
