FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises measuring source instant output voltages, generating signal proportional to the difference of source output voltage phase difference to adjust static source control signal to source output voltage phase and frequency equalisation, equalising source voltages and switching the static source in parallel operating conditions. Signal to generate static source setting current is generated and static source instantaneous current is measured. Difference signal is shaped by subtracting signal proportional to static source instantaneous current from static source setting current signal. Obtained difference signal is summed with control signal, static source setting current signal is set equal to zero to connect static current source. The latter is switched to load and static source setting current signal is smoothly increased to rated current of static source.

EFFECT: reduced equalising current surge between current sources in their switching into parallel operation conditions.
