FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to experimental medicine, and covers prevention of systemic amyloidosis and its nephroropatic form in experimental animals. That is ensured by introduction of succinic acid as an amyloidoprotector to golden hamsters every second day in combination with a native swine plasma introduced subcutaneously in a dose 0.025 ml/g for modelling amyloidosis within 60 days. Succinic acid is introduced through a gastric tube in a dose 1.5 mmol/kg.
EFFECT: method provides regeneration of nephrocytes and podocytes, structural-functional reparation of nephron, and reparation of hepatic structures and reduced signs of dystrophic changes in cardiocytes.
