HYDRAULIC ACTUATION SYSTEM OF SCREWDOWN STRUCTURE OF ROLL MILL STAND Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B21B31/32

Abstract RU 2381851 C1

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of metallurgical machine building related to rolling manufacturing, particularly to devices, provided for implementation of installation and keeping with high accuracy of roll space according to signal, coming from automatic control system or from console of stand particularly, to hydraulic actuation system of hold-down device of roll mill stand. Hydraulic system contains hydraulic ram with travel limit of initial position, connected by head end with positioner of hydraulic ram piston, to which it is fed high pressure. Additionally hydraulic ram by rod end is connected to head end control hydraulic actuator, outfitted by built-in linear movement pickup, and control hydraulic actuator is connected by head end through hydraulic valve with constant pressurising source. Furthermore, head end of hydraulic ram is linked through the parallel installed shutoff valve and back valve, throttle and hydraulic valve with discharge.

EFFECT: there is provided growth of reliability and durability, design simplification of hydraulic ram, reduction of total cost.
