SUBSTANCE: bearing assembly includes housing in the form of fork with holes made in cheeks for bearings with shaft, cutting cups and fasteners. For enlarging process capabilities, cups are located on shaft inside and outside the cheeks. Housing can contain two to four cheeks. Fasteners can be located on both ends of shaft. Diametres of cutting cups can be of one and the same size or of various sizes. In the latter case, cups are installed so that diametre increases from one shaft end to the other one. Front surfaces of cutting cups on shaft ends can have opposite installation as to direction.

EFFECT: enlarging process capabilities of cup.
