SUBSTANCE: proposed propulsor represents a blower consisting of hollow fair with inlet and outlet holes arranged in rotor chambers, and drive. Propulsor comprises partition dividing fair chamber into two parts, each allowing rotors to run at equal/different rpm. Flat/wedge-like partition supports fixed elements to accommodate ends of aforesaid rotors.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
