FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed propeller comprises hollow cylindrical chamber (2) with blades (3) attached radially thereto and tubes (4) with bent ends furnished with nozzles (5). Chamber (2) communicates, via branch pipe (1), with fluid medium (gas, vapor or fluid) source. Every tube (4) with round or oval cross section can be attached to the edge of blade (3) or built in said edge. Blade profile, sizes and shape are selected subject to propeller operating conditions. Confuser (6) is built in blade (3) to extend to diffuser (7). Confuser and diffuser make, along with nozzle (5), an injector with its axis (α) inclined to propeller axis (β) at 75° to 87°. Nozzle (5) can move, for example displace, with respect to confuser (6). Nozzle, confuser and diffuser feature round cross section. Fluid medium is forced via branch pipe (1) into chamber (2) to flow outside via pipes (4), nozzles (5) and diffuser (7). Note here that jet forced out from nozzle (5), nearby confuser (6), ejects outer (air or water) medium to increase power of jet coming out of diffuser (7).
EFFECT: increased propeller thrust.
