FIELD: oil-and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: off-shore drilling platform includes a production well with a submersible pump of few supports and a platform, where oil production well head equipment installed, and connecting tubing string of the production well to oil collection tank in a way that supports functions as oil collection tank. The oil collection tank connected to water supply and water discharge pipeline. The off-shore drilling platform contains a control block. In the water supply/discharge pipeline installed oil presents sensor, connected to the control block. In the water supply/discharge pipeline installed a controlled valve connected electrically to the control block. In the water supply/discharge pipeline installed a water pump in parallel to the controlled valve. Before and after the water pump valves installed, assigned to disconnect the pump from the water supply/discharge pipeline during maintenance work. In the water supply/discharge pipeline installed a filter, the oil production well head equipment connected to a separator inlet. Between the wellhead equipment and the separator installed controlled valve connected electrically to the control block. The submersible pump electrically connected to the control block. The separators first outlet connected to the oil collection tank via a transfer pump. Before and after the transfer pump valves installed, assigned to disconnect the transfer pump from the oil supply pipeline during maintenance work. The separators second outlet connected via a valve with reservoir water cleaning filter, before its discharge into water basin. For oil transfer into a tanker, its equipped with a mooring buoy, located in the opened sea, fixed to the sea bottom with a rope or a chain and connected with oil pipeline via flexible sleeve, the flexible sleeve routed by the sea bottom from the platform, fixed on the mooring buoy, connected to a valve executed with a rapid-action coupling, for example with bayonet one, for connection to the tanker's riser. A flow metre installed between the oil collection tank outlet and the oil pipeline.
EFFECT: invention provides collection and storage of oil big volumes on the platform, before its transfer to the tanker.
