SUBSTANCE: planner-distributor with automatic control for arrangement of road bases includes track-type tractor with pusher frame, which is hingedly connected to working frame, having center sill with continuous wheel on its front end, working element in the form of breast and auger with cutters mounted on working frame. Center sill is hingedly mounted on working frame, with the possibility of fixed turn in horizontal plane.
EFFECT: provision of even load effect at tractor, increased durability of planner, expansion of operational resources.
