FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: production method of instant powder for production of flavoured coffee beverage provides for extraction of basil by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of yacon, its drying and roasting, roasting of barley grain, chestnuts and soya. Then yacon is mixed with barley grain, chestnuts and soya by loading them into cryomiller shell, the obtained mixture is impregnated with separated miscella and the pressure is raised at the same time in the shell to the point corresponding to the nitrogen saturation vapour pressure at impregnation temperature. Then depressurisation is performed till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and cryomilled in medium of evolved nitrogen follow.
EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
