FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed turbomachine comprises safety ring with rotor with drive shaft running in at least first bearing fitted in turbomachine structure. Safety ring seta on turbomachine fixed structure to interact with first bearing thrust element. In case rotor displaces relative to aforesaid fixed structure, said safety ring axially holds rotor at one level preventing formation of angle between turbomachine and drive shaft axes. Thrust element of first bearing has a journal to interact with safety ring rim surface, which features narrowed shape. Safety ring serves to constrict first bearing thrust element lower part, all over its length, not adjoining it in normal operating conditions.
EFFECT: higher reliability, longer life.
