FIELD: power engineering .
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises degassing element, degasser housing holes to intake starting liquid and discharge degassed liquid and gas, and tank to collect both. Degassing element represents a vortex thermal generator with cavitation generator. The latter represents an element covering thermal generator chamber with coaxial truncated-cone groove and through holes that communicate chamber arranged above thermal generator and that below cavitation generator. The latter communicates with fluid and gas collector tank. Note here that said tank has fluid discharge hole communicated, via pump, valve and pipeline, with vortex thermal generator inlet chamber, and gas discharge hole communicated, via pipeline and valve, with vortex thermal generator outlet hole.
EFFECT: higher degree and intensification of liquid degassing.
