FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: rotary head is intended to shape bottle collar, blow crude blank and transfer blank from blank mould to final blow mould in glass-forming machines. Device comprises body 6, holders of neck rings, cartridge 2, piston-holder of plunger 3, lever-cam 4, compression spring 5, right leash 7, left leash, limiting gear, race 10, filter 11, insert 12, spring 13, tension spring 14, movable insert and guide 16. Rotary head comprises body 6, which represents shaft, and its middle part is arranged in the form of parallelepiped with cylindrical hole in the centre. Rotary head is arranged so that it may be rotated in a controlled manner around horizontal axis. Neck shape holders controlled by closing and opening mechanism fixed on body 6 are introduced into rotary head. Besides the right (7) and left leashes are joined by bolts to holders of neck shape and are installed with the possibility of motion. Limiting gear is installed on the left splined journal of shaft and is equipped with controlled thrust screws intended for setting of neck shape position in holders of neck shape in blank and final blow moulds. Shaft bearing installed in race 10, being part of vacuum and compressed air pipeline and intended for location of filter 11 and sealing element between according movable and fixed parts of body. Cartridge 2 is inserted into cylindrical hole and is attached to body by two screws. Piston-holder of plunger 3 is installed in cartridge 2 under holders of neck rings. Movable insert is installed in lower part of piston-holder of plunger 3. Compression spring 5 is installed in piston-holder of plunger 3 over movable insert. Lever-cam 4 is installed hingedly in eye of cartridge 2. Tension spring 14, one end of which is connected to lever-cam 4 and the other one - to finger installed on guide 16. Sealing element consists of spring 13 and insert 12.
