The system has reception and transmission adapters consisting of series-connected modulator switch and optical generator, a photodetector for the reception adapter, includes an amplifier, a signal conditioner and an output matching device, as well as a microprocessor unit with a cryptographic unit and a current generator stabiliser, an input matching device, a random sequence generator and series-connected digital signal conditioner, amplifier and photodetector.
