PRODUCTION METHOD OF INSTANT POWDER FOR PRODUCTION OF GIRASOL-MALT BEVERAGE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A23F5/44 A23L2/39

Abstract RU 2385013 C1

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for extraction of peach refuses by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Then they are cut and dried in the microwave field at preset process parametres. Whereupon girasol is roasted and so is barley malt. Then girasol is mixed with barley malt. Obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and pressure releases until the pressure equals the atmospheric pressure simultaneously freezing the mixture and cryomilling it in the medium of evolved nitrogen.

EFFECT: method ensures no waste generation.
