FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for oil, gas and chemical industry, relates, in particular to installations for treatment of gases from hydrogen sulfide, and may be used to prepare associated oil gas for consumption. Method for treatment of associated oil gas from hydrogen sulfide includes mixing of gas with liquid absorbing solution - absorbent, which contains hydroxides of I, II group metals or their mixtures as chemical reagents, and further regeneration of treated solution by means of its mixing with air. Absorbent solution contains cobalt-phthalocyanine catalyst of oxidation. Hydrogen sulfide is transformed in process of cleaning into neutral non-toxic water-soluble salts of I, II group metals. Installation comprises absorber and regenerator in the form of nozzle-type or hollow apparatuses, which are vertical or horizontal, equipped with disperser arranged in the form of U-shaped perforated pipe, holes in which are directed at the angle of 10-90° versus pipe axis, separators, pump for supply of absorbent to absorber, reservoir for preparation and storage of absorbent, compressor for air supply into regenerator.
EFFECT: development of efficient method for treatment of gases from hydrogen sulphide.
