SUBSTANCE: invention is related to coffee substitutes production technology and represents manufacturing method of instant powder for flavoured coffee drink. Recipe components are prepared. Medang is extracted by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Girasol is cut, dried in microwave field at preset process parametres and roasted. Barley grain, chestnuts and soya are roasted. Girasol, barley grain, chectnuts and soya are mixed, the obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. It is followed by depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain new flavoured coffee drink with improved organoleptic properties according to non-waste technology.
