FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: production method of flavoured yacon-tangerine drink involves extracting dill seeds with liquid nitrogen separating corresponding miscella, preparing and cutting yacon, drying it in the microwave field until residual humidity content is about 20% with microwave filed power heating yacon to 80-90°C inside yacon bits for 1 hour minimum and roasting, drying tangerine refuse in the microwave field until residual humidity content is about 20% with microwave filed power heating tangerine refuse to 80-90°C inside the orange mass for 1 hour minimum and drying it up by convective method until residual humidity content is about 5%, mixing yacon with tangerine refuse in mass ratio of 7:3, impregnating the obtained mixture with separated miscella raising the pressure at the same time, then releasing the pressure until it equals the atmospheric pressure freezing the mixture at the same time and cryomilling it in the evolved nitrogen medium.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of new flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw materials according to nonwaste technology.
