FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separation of grain pile and may be used in agricultural production and grain-processing industry for cleaning and sorting of grain. Device for post-screen pneumatic separation of grain pile includes pneumatic separating channel joined in upper part with settling chamber and installed directly above displaced material with its movable lower part, providing its position directly by the level of displaced material layer height and preventing suction of air from atmosphere, device for variation of channel movable part position, aspiration valve installed in lower part of pneumatic separating channel with the possibility to adjust speed of air flow in zone of separation, subchannel oscillating net for material supply into zone of separation and discharge from it. Pneumatic separating channel is divided into two cavities with aspiration valve arranged on dividing wall with the possibility to adjust ratio of air flows speeds in each of cavities. In the first cavity on the side of material supply speed of air flow should make 1.5-2.0 m/s, and in the second one - higher than speed of soaring of biologically inferior seed beetles. Under each of cavities of pneumatic separating channel there are subchannel nets arranged with the possibility to shift net located under the second cavity by height for discharge of biologically inferior grain concentrated in lower layer of the first cavity into discharging channel until it is supplied into the second cavity.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of pneumatic separation and extraction of hard-to-separate weeds.
