SUBSTANCE: safety rasor fro wet rasing consists of load, of voltage converter connected to load and source of voltage and made to convert changing voltage supplied from voltage source into direct working voltage for moving load. According to another version the rasor consists of the load connected with the power source, of a regulated by a user switch to control power flow between the power source and the load and of a interlocking device preventing controlled by the user switch from a position discharging the power source. In some versions of implementation the rasor contains an indicator of cartridge consumption, facilities for metering force applied at rasing and a motor speed regulator.

EFFECT: ensuring control of engine operation, preventing battery discharge caused by random consumption of power with some kind of load.
