FIELD: weaponry and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: gun mount facilitating recoil and return to fire position is used in small arms weapon of "mounting Tommy-gun" type of "bull-up" arrangement consisting of detachable joint between directing stock for movable firing assembly and upper lengthwise cover of stock functioning as bearing for mechanisms of automatics devices and aiming sight of gun and equipped with fixture elements for connection with stock. The cover is equipped with vertical forks enveloping the stock from above relative to horizontal plane of the gun. A muzzle fork is placed in front of a side lengthwise pocket on the said stock. Another breech fork is located behind the pocket and behind a lower main magazine case of the gun laterally displaced relative to vertical plane of the latter. Both forks are equipped with lower hooks facing muzzle part of the gun and designed to be connected when the cover moves forward with side bearing elements made on walls of the stock. Also the stock has a muzzle arc-shaped element enveloping muzzle part of the cover whereon there are parallel arranged a return mechanism for the firing assembly and a multi-functional mechanism made on base of control handle of breech-block frame, further, there are arranged fixtures for a main daylight and special night sight.
EFFECT: reduced weight of gun.
