SUBSTANCE: machine comprises traction transport device and monaxonic machine connected to its by means of connecting rod hingedly attached to facility. Wheel tractor or crawler tractor is used as traction transport device. Monaxonic machine is connected to tractor with the help of connecting rod, front part of which is fixed to tractor frame at the bottom, near base middle, with the help of hinged joint having three degrees of rotary motion.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of building block approach, simplified control of soil treatment depth.
