SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing instant powders for coffee drinks. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, girasol cutting, drying it in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, cutting rosehips, drying them in microwave field at preset process parametres and drying them up by convective method, frying of barley grain, acorns, nut kernels, kernels of fruit pits and soya, mixing of the specified components in mass ratio of 2:1:6:6:1:1:3 and cryomilling of the obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
