FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. System contains: control unit, forming driving signals, setting values of medium power, carrier frequency, value of change of amplitude modulation of outlet signal of high-frequency generator, and driving signal, setting states of switches, switching system from diagnostics mode into therapy mode; high-frequency generator, forming outlet signal with carrier frequency 14 MHz-42 MHz, with amplitude modulation frequency which is changed at set value within the range 0.5 kHz-2000 kHz, and power 5 W - 100 W; two current sensors, voltage sensor; calculation unit, calculating biotissue impedance and difference of phases between voltage and current; impedance and phase subtracter; register memory; impedance parametre calculator; comparison unit; read-only storage; computer; two pairs of electrodes installed without contact with biotissue, first pair electrodes - at distance not more than three centimetres from biotissue surface, and second pair electrodes - at distance more than three centimetres from biotissue surface and at distance from each other equal to sum of distances from each first pair electrode to biotissue surface, with possibility to eliminate interaction of first pair electrodes with each other and with second pair electrodes. For switching to surgical or therapeutic systems, system of biotissue diagnostics contains digital channel switched to computer outlet. System allows to determine electric biotissue impedance both on its surface and at set depth without contact of measuring devices with biotisuue.
EFFECT: application of claimed system allows to increase accuracy of diagnostics of biotissues of various types and physiological states.
