FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: facility consists of manual hydro-press, of rod-catcher for installation into free hole in riveted package and of un-riveting device. The hydro-press consists of a case, of internal hydro-cylinder, of two dowels connected to a piston of the hydro-cylinder, of a journal with internal guiding surface for the said dowels and of an external hydro-cylinder. The dowels travel along axis of the hydro-press and in radial direction and fix the rod-catcher in the case of the hydro-press. The latter is made replaceable and smooth. The un-riveting device is also equipped with dowels having a guiding bell on an upper end.

EFFECT: simplified design with increased reliability, expanded process functionality and reduced time for re-setting.
