FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: chinese magnolia and hops are mixed in mass ratio 1:10, and the obtained mixture is extracted by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Girasol is cut and dried in microwave field at preset process parametres, mixed with malt in mass ratio of 1:(40-60). The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and then pressure is released until it equals the atmospheric pressure simultaneously freezing the mixture and cryomilling it in the medium of evolved nitrogen. It is poured over with drinking water and saccharified to obtain wort, brewer's yeast is added into the wort, it is fermented and filtered to produce the target product.

EFFECT: method enables to reduce production process duration and increase foam stability of the target product.
