FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar power engineering and can be used, in particular in units transforming solar electromagnetic radiation to thermal energy for heating liquid heat carrier, as well as to electric energy. Proposed multi-purpose solar collector includes solid housing made from heat-insulating material, transparent enclosure and absorbing device located in the housing. Housing is "П"-shaped. "П"-shaped channels are installed in the housing on both of its edge sides. Transparent enclosure is located on side projections of the housing and edge "П"-shaped channels. Housing and transparent enclosure are enveloped on lateral sides with external "П"-shaped channels, and from edge sides - with edge covers forming together with "П"-shaped channels the cavities filled with heat insulation. Absorbing device is equipped with longitudinal tubes for liquid heat carrier, which are arranged on its rear side.
EFFECT: invention shall improve reliability of solar collector design, as well as its functionality.
