SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. The method provides for extraction of Chinese magnolia by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Then they are cut and dried in the microwave field at preset process parametres. Then one roasts yacon and barley grains. Then yacon and barley grains are mixed, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.

EFFECT: method ensures no waste generation.
