SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of recipe components. Chinese magnolia vine is extracted by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Girasol-sunflower is cut, dried in microwave field at preset process parametres and roasted; grapes seeds are roasted. Girasol-sunflower and grapes seeds are mixed. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. Depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen follow.
EFFECT: this enables production of flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
