FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forming. Proposed method comprises preparing construction articles from binder-based initial stock mixes, laying said mixes into mold and applying pressure thereto at first and second stages of structurisation. Note here that, starting from second stage of structurisation, the mix is subjected to increased pressure approximating to 120 MPa. Proposed method comprises additionally third stage of structurisation whereat pressure is reduced by 20-30% of the second structurisation stage. Note also that pressure is applied continuously to mix surface not in contact with the mould by male mould.
EFFECT: higher quality of fabricated articles.
