FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: unit to open tight metal vessels with toxic substances relates to analysis of specially dangerous toxic substances, particularly to device intended for remote opening of tight vessels that can be used in various branches of industry. Proposed unit comprise chamber to house vessel to be opened, opening device and unit to release toxic substances from said chamber. Opening device represents a device that creates bending moment on said chamber and stays in contact with chamber. Chamber represents two barrels with their open faces directed towards each other. Face of one barrel is furnished with flange, while another face of the other barrel has flexible membrane. Both said faces are connected to move barrels along angular line relative to each other. Outer surface of vessel to be opened has strain concentrator, while vessel is arranged in said chamber so that strain concentrator is located in barrels joint zone. Outlet assembly represents branch pipe with tight gate arranged on the flange.
