FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: investigated culture of microorganisms is inoculated into test tube with meat infusion broth. Then standard paper disks, impregnated with antibacterial preparation, are added. For each combination one test tube with meat infusion broth is taken and incubated for 12-18 hours in thermostat, at the temperature of 36±1°C. Further visual assessment of test tube content transparency is carried out, and if turbidity is not visually detected in investigated tube, conclusion is made on sensitivity of microorganisms to combination of antibacterial preparations.

EFFECT: faster detection of microorganisms sensitivity with multiple medicinal resistance to combinations of antibacterial preparations and reduction of its labour intensiveness.
