SUBSTANCE: spoon bait is made of metal alloy in the form of streamline body frame with fish hook. The body frame has a space where two multi-blade propellers are located. These propellers are made of metal and fixed on roller bearings one by one with rotation option in one or opposite direction. The propellers have different diametres. Angles of blade's inclination are fixed so that one propeller's rotation frequency differs from another one. Spoon bait body frame, two propellers, fish hook and clamping devices are covered with metal or metal alloy with near-zero value of electrode potential in aquatic habitat. Each propeller has a pair of opposite blade, that are made of dissimilar metals with different value of electrode potential in aquatic habitat without extra cover or one metal or metal allot with cover of different metals.

EFFECT: construction makes it possible to set extra attractive factors while using this spoon bait in aquatic habitat.
