SUBSTANCE: method provides for preparation of formula components. Orange rind is extracted with liquid nitrogen to separate according miscella. Yacon is cut, dried in microwave field at specified parametres of the process and fried together with grape seeds. Yacon and grape seeds are mixed. Produced mix is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure. Pressure is reduced down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of mix and its cryo-grinding in the medium of released nitrogen.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new flavoured coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology.
