FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed appliance comprises drilling bit holder and clip-like base. Transverse support is arranged on one side of said clip, while screws are fitted on the opposite side, screws axes being located on opposite sides of transverse support plate of symmetry. In compliance with second version, said appliance comprises drilling bit holder and base representing two jaws interacting with screw or screws and split clamp fitted on the screw to turn thereabout and along it. In compliance with third version, appliance comprises drilling bit holder with base element, front and side stops. Drilling bit holder represents a platform supporting carriage to move and turn thereon, while base element represents a prism. Prism one strip is made by the platform, the other strip being made by the carriage. In compliance with fourth version, appliance comprises drilling bit holder with front and side stops and incorporates rod with flexible element. Stops are arranged on said rod to move therewith along the axis of drilling bit being ground and move back from grinding wheel.

EFFECT: simplified and compact design, higher efficiency and reliability.
