FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry and specifically to technology of making binder. The method of making concrete binder involves wet grinding a quartz component to grain composition corresponding to 60 mcm sieve residue of 5-25%, stabilisation of the suspension and stirring it. The suspension undergoes acoustical treatment using ultrasonic oscillations at 17-35 kHz before or simultaneously with wet grinding of the quartz component. The quartz component is quartzite sandstone and mixture is done with following ratio of components: portland cement 35-80%, quartzite sandstone suspension (in dry substance) 20-65%.
EFFECT: increased strength and heat resistance, reduced power consumption.
