PRODUCTION METHOD OF FLAVOURED GIRASOL/SUNFLOWER-ORANGE DRINK Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A23F5/44 A23L2/39 

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technology of coffee substitutes production and, particularly to manufacturing of instant powder for flavoured girasol/sunflower-orange drink. Method comprises extracting peach refuses by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparing, cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying girasol/sunflower, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and drying orange refuses by convective method, mixing of girasol/sunflower and orange refuses, impregnating obtained mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain new flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
