The oral composition for removing dental deposit and/or inhibiting dental deposit in an oral cavity, containing an extract of semioxidised camellia tissue and a strengthening agent representing a swellable anionic polymer or copolymer. A method for using said oral compositions for removing dental deposit and/or inhibiting dental deposit in the oral cavity. A method for at least one of the following: removing dental deposit and/or inhibiting dental deposit in the oral cavity of a human or a subject animal, providing a local contact of teeth and the oral composition. The oral composition for at least one of the following: inhibiting and removing dental deposit.
EFFECT: described compositions effectively remove dental deposit and/or inhibit dental deposit.
