FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to electrified railways and can be used for reducing negative effects produced of electrified railroad upon adjoining communication lines. Proposed device comprises non-linear compensation current power amplifier to vary compensation current in compensation circuit to induce stochastic oscillations that feature continuous frequency spectrum. Conversion of harmonic component discrete spectrum of compensation effects into continuous spectrum is effected by distributing electromagnetic oscillation power over a wider frequency range. Since system total power varies insignificantly on changing from discrete spectrum over to continuous one, level of interferences in adjoining communication line is notably reduced.

EFFECT: higher stability of operation and degree of protection.
