FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, physiotherapy, traumatology and orthopedics. Electrophoresis with medicinal mixture of 5% solution of calcium chloride in 50% dimexide solution with component ratio 1:1 is performed. Electrophoresis is performed in accordance with transverse 3-electrode technique. Forked anode is placed beyond fracture line. On skin between anodes at the distance 0.5-1.0 cm from anode border 2-4 ml of medicinal mixture are applied and distributed on skin until its surface remains wet. Influence is performed for 12-15 minutes with current with density 0.05 mA/cm2. Procedures are performed daily. There are 10-12 procedures per a course. After performing a course of electrophoresis calcium preparations are introduced for 12 months. Additionally, together with electrophoresis, manual massage of back and extremities is performed every second day in the first half of day. There are 8-10 procedures per a course. Daily in morning hours remedial gymnastics is done. There are 15-20 procedures per a course, every second day. In the first half of day hydrotherapy with circular shower is carried out, there are 8-10 procedures per a course. Diet No 3 with higher amount of protein is administered.

EFFECT: method enhances process of osteogenesis and reduces bone resorption.
