FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises operational amplifier, output of which is output of charge amplifier and is connected to the first output of resistor, the second output of which is connected to input of resistor unit. Inputs of operational amplifier are connected to the first and second outputs of limiting unit, the first and second inputs of which are inputs of charge amplifier. And the first and second inputs of feedback are connected to the first outputs of accordingly capacitor of feedback and resistor of feedback, the second outputs of which are combined, the second capacitor is added, which is connected parallel to resistor. Besides value inverse to product of this capacitor capacitance value by value of resistor resistance is below lower border frequency of charge amplifier. Another version of proposed charge amplifier for piezoelectric sensor of vibration, comprising operational amplifier, resistor unit, limiting unit, resistor, capacitor and feedback resistor, includes the second capacitor, connected parallel to resistor. At the same time value inverse to product of this capacitor capacitance value by value of resistor resistance is below lower border frequency of charge amplifier, and combined second inputs of capacitor and feedback resistor are connected to input of repeater, input of which is connected to the second output of resistor.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of functioning and expanded dynamic range of measured vibration speeds.
