SUBSTANCE: method includes storage of verification data (200) in mobile terminals, binding verification data with functional set (204) via blocking device (202) of functional set, which protects functional set of mobile terminal; in response to reception of configuration message (208) by mobile terminal, authentication of configuration message sender with application of the first verification data, and if it has been identified that sender of configuration message is authorised to modify functional set of mobile terminal, sending configuration data included into configuration message, via blocking device of functional set for their usage by mobile terminal.
EFFECT: invention simplifies provision of access to mobile terminal.
