SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of disinfection and may be used in general health institutions (GHI), at first-aid stations, disinfection stations, in child welfare institutions, in catering enterprises, communal utilities services, in transport and veterinary science, in agriculture, at food industry enterprises and other industries, and also for pre-sterilisation cleaning of medical purpose items, including surgeon and dental tools, hard and flexible endoscopes, tools. Disinfecting agent includes quaternary ammonium compound as active substance and N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecyl amine, non-ionogenic or amphoteric surfactant, polyatomic alcohol, base, and also odorant and water, with the certain ratio of components, wt %.

EFFECT: agent has high antimicrobial properties and provides for disinfecting effect for injections of bacterial (including tuberculosis), virus and fungous (candidosis and dermatophytosis) aetiology, has proper washing properties with no fixing action available, is stable in storage, safe to use in the presence of people.
