FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assembly operations with the help of stamping, in particular to assembly of rod elements with plate ones with a specified tension. Method includes installation of plate element without hole into seat of matrix and installation of rod element perpendicular to plate one with further displacement by a specified value. Assembly is carried out with the help of matrix holder with matrix, intermediate insert with seat for plate element without hole and stripper with guide bush. Rod element is installed into guide bush of stripper, and plate element without hole is installed into seat of intermediate insert oriented relative to rod element. Then rod element is moved to plate one, without hole, with the help of striker, and rod element is punched into plate one, without hole. Assembly of elements is carried out with specified tension due to gap between profile of rod element and working hole of matrix equal to 0.1-1.0 mm.
EFFECT: simplified technology of assembly and increased technological resources in assembly.
