It is followed by depressurisating to atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing mixture and cryo-mincing it in escaped nitrogen medium, filling it with drinking water and saccharificating with obtaining wort. Adding beer yeast, main fermentating, postfermenting and filtering.

EFFECT: reducing technological process duration and increasing end product foam stability.
