FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method provides for mixing nutmeg with hop and extracting obtained mixture by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying girasols/sunflower, mixing girasols/sunflower and malt, impregnating obtained mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisating to atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing mixture and cryo-mincing it in escaped nitrogen medium, filling it with drinking water and saccharificating with obtaining wort, adding beer yeast in it, main fermentating, alcolising, postfermenting and filtering.

EFFECT: reducing technological process duration and increasing end product foam stability.
