SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in cold and/or heat accumulators. Proposed invention consists in that cold and/or heat accumulator comprises 1^st and, preferably, 2^nd heat exchangers. Said 1^st heat exchanger can be intended, for example for passing coolant, while 2^nd heat exchanger catties, preferably, brine. Said 1^st heat exchanger and, preferably, 2^nd heat exchanger are intercommunicated to allow heat exchange with load bearing elements that house medium that accumulates cold, and heat, respectively, and can be formed by graphite elements.

EFFECT: high heat conductivity, shorter charging time, high cooling and heating capacity.
