SUBSTANCE: sock, in particular for use in exercising comprises top and part of foot. Part of foot has finger zone, heel zone and foot zone arranged between finger zone and heel zone. In zone of ankle, sock is equipped with at least one ring-like band that asymmetrically passes along sock perimetre.
EFFECT: invention supports and protects foot in zone of ankle in case of special loads on foot, and also in case of improper position of foot.
