FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthetic management of surgical operations of larynx defects. The method implies that under general anaesthesia, with using artificial pulmonary ventilation, the open- access larynx is resected; an endoprosthesis is set in its lumen; on the endoprosthesis, a lumen is created with tight wound closure. It is combined with high-frequency artificial pulmonary ventilation through an orotracheal catheter equipped with an oropharyngeal artificial airway without tracheotomy.
EFFECT: use of said invention allows eliminating complications associated with tracheostomy and the presence of tracheostome, and reducing injures of trachea.
